Together we will explore and practice turning towards that which divides us, within us and between us, as a pathway to moving from a deeper ground of awakened wholeness. We will work and play with the paradoxes of the I and We, being and doing, hope and fear, effort and ease, encountering these as expressions of wholeness.

Through breath, body awareness, and guided relational practices, we will enter this deeper ground together. From here, new ways of seeing, moving, and creating may reveal themselves—gifts to carry into the unfolding of life and work.

Come as you are. Bring your longing, your habits, your questions. Let them rest in the deeper ground, and explore what emerges.
